Did Penny provide any pictures of kids at the Outreach Program telescope (the big dark blue one)? I'd hate for Lowell members to think that that really nasty white 'scope represents what is acceptable for introducing young people to astronomy. It's the kind of 'scope I tell parents to avoid (unless they want to kill their kid's interest in astronomy). The white 'scope also carries a plaque indicating that it was given to a corporate donor as a thank you gift from Lowell Observatory, which might look a bit odd if it's visible in the picture. (I think it must've been a corporate donor we didn't really like very much.) Let me know if you need anything else. David David S. F.
