The three lists below contain coordinates and IDs for stars in the field of NGC 6204. The Moffat & Vogt stars appear in SIMBAD mostly with approximate coordinates; most stars from the Forbes & Short paper appear by name only (without coordinates). The small list by Kjeldsen & Frandsen has been overlooked in SIMBAD and in WEBDA (unsurprisingly: no real identification of the stars!). They give useful UBV data for several bright but crowded stars in the central region. Finally, the stars observed via UBVRI polarimetry by Waldhausen et al. (1999AJ....117.2882W) are also overlooked previously. They adopted Whiteoak numbers, but for three stars in the field they gave new 'WMF' numbers, though all had been observed by Forbes & Short. I show IDs for these three stars in the F&S list below. N.B. the "Whiteoak numbers" are those appearing in Table II and Figure 5 of 1963MNRAS.125..105W, not those of the general field (Table I/Figure 1). Note also that Forbes & Short adopted Whiteoak numbers when <= 78, but added their own numbers 79 to 96. The Lynga/WEBDA cluster center is off in RA, but SIMBAD is correct.
