Appended is a file giving GSC/PPM positions for the stars appearing in a paper by Mikolajewska & Mikolajewski (1980, details below). They provide MK types and BV photographic photometry of 190 stars within 1 degree radius of the variable CI Cygni, which is not covered by any of the objective-prism surveys from Case, Crimea, or Abastumani. The stars were identified on a chart and by x,y coordinates on an arbitrary scale relative to CI Cyg itself. The file corrects many identification errors in the original list, and also gives many additional HDE identifications they overlooked. A few of the HDE stars are not in SIMBAD, but most are there (and all correct!). Brian Cuthbertson (HyperSky software) has gone over the file by comparing it against machine-readable versions of the PPM, BD, HDE, and GSC together with small plots of the star fields. He supplied many of the HDE IDs (which I confirmed) and found several typos (mostly mine). Following this, the file should be quite clean and free of errors. The photometry given by M&M is not as good as claimed when compared to published UBV photometry or some recent observations of mine for stars near CI Cyg. There seems to be no large systematic error, but scatter of up to +/- 0.2 (they claim +/- 0.04 in V). I have thus rounded the data to 0.1 mag.
