Unlike the previous contributions, the current list of some 800 measures gives new relative astrometry only for known pairs in the WDS. Some of the pairs are ones for which I have identified new common-motion components, published separately in this journal. The previously-known stars were measured in passing so that the complete system had a similar and consistent history. Additional pairs were measured using specific catalogues simply as trials, such as the old Argentine General Catalogue, or the new surveys such as GLIMPSE, WISE, etc, just to see whether they were any good and under what circumstances they would be useful for double stars. Still others were measured as part of an effort toward a general clean-up of the WDS, comprising pairs with only a single observation, pairs with approximate coordinates only, and recovering lost or misidentified systems. As with the new pairs, current `best' basic data were supplied for the WDS when the existing data were dodgy, or really, just old legacy values that the WDS inherited from way-back-when. This included improved coordinates as necessary, BD/CD/CPD identifications, magnitudes on a standard system, spectral types when missing from the WDS, and modern proper motions if available. Many pairs were recovered for the first time in this process, and occasionally the WDS entry was found to be erroneous or apply to an unrelated pair --- all the sorts of goofs that are easy to make in the star-cataloguing business. There is still plenty of this sort of astro-sleuthing to be done to increase the reliability of the WDS. The table shows only the new measures, and all the numerous details just described have been omitted. I show both the WDS name and the discoverer alias, a few of which pertain to contributors to the DSSC. It is worth noting that for several previously lost pairs, the coordinates implied by the WDS name are as much as 5' or 10' away from the actual sky location. The measures were obtained mainly from the on-line resources described in earlier papers in this series. Some of the pairs are very wide, up to the extreme case of WDS 23568+7909 AB = WNO 59, which is separated by 54 arcminutes. In a significant number of cases the extended temporal baseline of the measures added to those already present in the WDS provides confirmation that a pair is certainly optical or physical.
