Instructions from Buell on how to restart Mosaic:

1) End the arcon session

2) Turn off the nexus as follows:
   a) Open a unix window
   b) telnet 4m-nexus-power (140.252.52.74)
   c) log on as "4meter", the usual password
   d) After it prints out a bunch of stuff, type "off 1"

3) Power cycle the arcons as follows:
   a) Open a second unix window
   b) telnet 4m-arcon-power (140.252.52.73)
   c) log on as "4meter", the usual password
   d) After it prints out a bunch of stuff, type "off 0"
   e) Count slowly to 50.
   f) Type "on 0"

4) Turn the nexus back on
   a) In the first window, type "on 1"

5) Restart the arcon session
