Problem:

The guider probe is vignetting the field of view.

Fix:

Usually, there is a well-defined allowed range in x and y for the guider probe location so that it does not get into the field of view of the CCD itself. The guider probe has to be inside that allowed range. If it is (like it was in this case) and there is still vignetting, then the manual describing the allowed x and y boundaries of the guider probe is probably outdated, and you will have to move "out of the way" even more.
