Observational Mishaps - Instructions
In order to submit an image to this database, the following
steps should be taken:
- the image can either be e-mailed to Lowell-kaspar@lowell.edu (remove Lowell- for the correct e-mail address) ,
or

the image should be put in a publicly accessible directory
so that it can be downloaded from here.
In addition, please write an e-mail to either of the addresses
in the main directory, indicating where the
image is. In this e-mail, please provide the following information:

the telescope where the image was taken
-
the date of the observation
-
the instrument used
-
the filter
-
the exposure time
-
other comments about the image (whether or not it is processed
etc.)
Furthermore, please indicate the problem about the image
as well as (if possible) an idea for a possible fix of the problem.
